The movie is “Smokey and the Bandit” rain or shine! ELGA Credit Union is sponsoring a costume/dance contest, 2 winners, $100 gift card for the best single dancer and one for the best couple dancers

Saturday, August 15th

6:00 am Show car parking begins, Downtown Flint
New! How to get on to the bricks, get up really early Saturday morning on August 15, drive up I 475 to exit 8A, Longway Blvd. Turn left follow it to when it becomes 5th Ave turn left to the UM-F White lot for staging.

At 6:00 AM the cars will be released for parking on the bricks from the staging lot, the route is south on Saginaw and to the left on Harrison to right on Kearsley, where the left lane will go to the south and right lane will go to the north on the bricks on Saginaw Street, so to be with your friends you must be inline not next to each other.

At 8:00AM Saginaw and 5th Street will be open and clearly marked ‘ Show Cars Only’. Just look for the signs for entrance to the show..

5th is one way east, plan accordingly.

6:00 am – 5:00 pm 112 years of Buick party on Water St at the Durant-Dort Carriage Company building, all Buicks invited, food and drinks

6:00 am – 4:00 pm Directions:The best way in to park your Corvette at the Reunion is to travel on I-475 to Robert T. Longway Blvd. west which turns into 5th Ave.  (Avenues are north of the river, streets are south of the river) then south on Martin Luther King.

6:30 AM to 10:00 AM “Hillbilly Breakfast Buffet” at the Masonic Temple 755 S. Saginaw St. Cost is Adults $8.00, 5-10 years old $6.00, and 4 and under are free.
